CORE: Additional Watermarking Features using Telestream Cloud

As of the January 4th release, Core now has additional watermarking features for all Telestream Cloud transcode output targets.

To discuss setting up and configuring Core's watermarking features, please contact your Wazee Digital representative via the Helpdesk.

Burnt In Watermarking

Core can be configured to add a burnt-in watermark to:

  • Downloadable comps (low-resolution renditions of the master asset)
  • Custom comps (custom renditions of the master asset)
  • Video player previews

This feature is great for adding logos to assets and for publishing to Social Media platforms (see the example below).

Burnt-in Timecode (BITC)

Add BITC to assets.

This feature is great for making timecode selections (virtual clips) from assets or for keeping track of assets if working with a large selection (see the example below).

Dynamic Text

Add Core metadata fields to assets. Currently supported fields include Resource.Name and NG.ClipID (see the example below).

Combined Watermarking Features

Dynamic Text watermarking can be combined with a BITC and / or Burnt-in Watermarking (see the example below).
