CORE: Aspera, AS02 Support and YouTube Custom ID
Expanded Aspera Support
As of the November 21st 2017 release, we have introduced a new Core feature to facilitate the efficient moving of content from Aspera to S3. Core now supports the Aspera Transfer protocol as long as the output orgin is Aspera.
For more information on the many ways to import content into Core, please contact your Wazee Digital representative here.
As of the November 21st 2017 release, we have added the support of AS02 packages within Core. AS02 is a directory structure and set of rules for MXF used for archiving and versioning sequences. With AS02 support, Core is able to support a folder structure for ancillary documents (assets) to easily navigate and find files within a package.

YouTube Custom ID
As of the November 1st 2017 release, we have introduced a new Core feature to help track an asset from Core to YouTube by allowing the entry of a Custom ID when a user publishes an asset. Included in this feature is the ability to create or use an existing value for a Custom ID when publishing to YouTube.
To learn more about the Custom ID feature, please see YouTube Publishing.
