Introducing Wazee Digital's one-stop Service Status page for the systems that drive our products and services, including Wazee Digital Commerce and Wazee Digital Core. As an agile Enterprise SaaS company, we want to take our communication and transparency process one step further. This system is a public status page that will show when our systems are operational or degraded in any way. All status displays are updated as part of Wazee Digital's customer support escalation process and work together with support teams as they address service concerns. To streamline and centralise our communications, our email notifications of product and service level status changes are now driven through the Service Status page. In addition, maintenance and release schedules will now be posted on this page to provide you proactive notice of upcoming work.
