If you need support for a Veritone product or service, please email us at and a member of the Customer Support team will be in touch shortly.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday (6AM – 6PM PST). If you’re contacting us during that time, you will receive a reply within a half hour. If this is outside of our business hours, you’ll hear from us as soon as we are back in. 

If your issue is urgent, please be sure to include it in the subject line of your message to ensure you get the help you need right away; i.e. "Urgent".
